JSL Holdings LLC is the program on the ground serving our community. Alongside that work, we provide clean, stable and affordable housing for individual adults — youth, veterans, independent adults and people rebuilding after reentry.

Every JSL Holdings property is prepared before anyone moves in. You get the keys, the utilities are already on, and the basics are already there — so the first week is about settling in, not scrambling.
Furnished and move-in ready
Beds, seating, tables and appliances in place. Bring a suitcase, not a moving truck.

Power, water, heat and internet are live on day one, with nothing in your name to set up.

Each property is inspected before move-in and maintained on a regular schedule throughout your stay.

JSL Holdings LLC is a community outreach program. We are on the ground with the neighborhoods we serve, and we know that the work only sticks when a person has somewhere safe to sleep at the end of it.
So we do both. We run the outreach, and we acquire and prepare homes for the people we serve — clean, furnished and affordable, at terms an individual can genuinely sustain while they rebuild.
