When someone submits a request on behalf of another person — a relative, a case worker or a partner organization — the person making the request may receive information relevant to the placement. We share only what is necessary to deliver housing.

We keep inquiry and placement records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our own recordkeeping obligations. You may ask us to delete your information at any time by contacting us.

We take reasonable measures to protect the information you share. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
