JSL Holdings LLC is a community outreach program serving our neighborhoods, and we provide housing for the people that work reaches. Outreach without a safe place to land is just a visit — housing is what turns it into real change.

Why we exist
Outreach keeps failing at the same place: housing.
Good outreach reaches people. It struggles to hold them if there is nowhere safe for them to go next.
Someone ready to change their life cannot do it while moving between couches, shelters and the street. The work and the housing have to happen together.
So we do both. JSL Holdings runs outreach in the neighborhoods we serve. We also prepare housing for the individuals that outreach reaches. Each home is clean, furnished and affordable, at terms a person can genuinely sustain while they rebuild.
The result is simple. People stay housed. Relationships deepen. The change holds long enough to matter.
Dignity first
People are never a case number. Every home we provide is one we would be glad to live in ourselves.

Housing that disappears breaks the work. We say yes only when we can genuinely follow through.

We work alongside the organizations doing the outreach, not at a distance from them.
