Veteran Housing

Independent Adults
A home of one's own for adults living independently, including those managing disability, recovery or a fresh start.
Private units with the supports that make independence stick.
Reintegrated Individuals
Housing for people returning to the community after incarceration, treatment or hospitalization. The address that makes reentry real.
A stable base for the first 12 months and beyond.
Transitional Housing
Short-to-medium stays for individuals stepping out of crisis and into stability, with dignity fully intact.
From a few months to a year or more.
Emergency Placement
When housing falls through at the last minute, whether that is an eviction, a fire or a sudden loss, we move fast to find a safe option.
Priority support for urgent situations.
Youth housing
The first address of their own.
Young people leaving foster care, aging out of placement, pushed out of an unstable home or simply starting adulthood with nowhere to go are among the most vulnerable in our community. A safe, stable place to live is the difference between a first step and a fall.
We provide individual units for young adults. Each one is furnished, connected, inspected and ready, so their first independent address is one they can actually be proud of.
